Internet visibility — Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) covers paid Internet visibility subscriptions and optional add-ons (on-site agent, answering line) sold by Vector Intelligence LLC (“we”, “us”) to the business named at checkout (“you”). Company website terms at vector-intelligence.io/terms still apply to use of our sites. If they conflict on this offer, this Agreement controls.
1. What you buy
- Internet visibility ($497/mo) — one-page site aligned with your Google Business Profile, draft/upkeep of listing fields you approve, directory citations, and a monthly activity report.
- On-site agent ($149/mo) — chat/voice assistant on your page, within included minutes; overages billed as disclosed at purchase.
- Answering line — one-time setup ($397) plus monthly text or voice plan as selected; you keep your published number and forward unanswered calls as agreed.
Fees are charged in USD via Stripe. The first invoice includes the selected monthly items plus any one-time setup. Later invoices are the monthly total unless you change or cancel products.
2. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, map-pack position, call volume, booked jobs, or revenue. Google and other platforms control ranking. We deliver setup and ongoing maintenance of the agreed systems and a clear before/after snapshot using Google’s own metrics where available.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business name, phone, services, hours, and service area (NAP consistency).
- Approve Google Business Profile changes before we publish material edits.
- Own or authorize the phone number and Google profile we work on.
- For answering line: keep call-forwarding configured as agreed.
- Do not ask us to invent licenses, prices, reviews, or illegal claims.
4. AI disclosure
On-site and phone assistants are AI systems operating under your business rules. Callers and site visitors may be told an assistant is helping. You remain responsible for the business facts in the knowledge base you approve.
5. Cancel, refunds, setup
- Monthly products may be canceled anytime; access continues through the paid period unless Stripe or we agree otherwise.
- Answering setup is one-time and non-refundable after provisioning work has started.
- If we fail to complete agreed setup we control (site live, approved Google edits published, citations submitted, first report sent), we keep working at no extra charge until those items exist. We do not refund for lack of rankings or jobs.
6. Data and access
You grant us access needed to fulfill the service (site hosting we provide, Google profile manager rights you assign, telephony you authorize). On cancel we can hand off site files and remove our access. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability under this Agreement is limited to fees you paid us for the two months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, rankings, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Delaware law governs. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
